We operate our website from www.five57sportsgear.com. In these terms and conditions of business all references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to Five57 Ltd and references to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to person(s) placing an order directly with us or making purchases via this website.

We want you to be happy shopping with us so if you have any problem or question please get in touch. Communications solves most issues, however, we do have to have some terms and conditions to manage our relationship with you. By placing an order or purchase with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions. Please note, as these may be subject to change at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check this page prior to any use or purchase.

Your contract for purchases made through our website are with Five57 Ltd. By placing an order you are making an offer to Five57 Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card will be debited. The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.

If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, if our attempts to fulfil your order are unsuccessful we will confirm details of any cancellation made. We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of despatch other than through our Returns Policy. If your order is in stock we aim to despatch it within one business day (Monday – Friday). Standard delivery is usually 2-3 working days. In a hurry - get in touch and we will see what is possible or choose the guaranteed next working day delivery option. Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply. All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your items or you have ordered the wrong size tell us within 28 days of delivery. Where goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn and where possible in their original packaging we will refund to your original payment method. Your contract for purchases made through our iTeams website are with Five57 Ltd. By placing an order you are making an offer to Five57 Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card will be debited. Customers ordering kit through iTeams will receive confirmation of their order at the point of checkout.

Purchases of bespoke kit via bulk orders must be accompanied by a purchase order detailing the goods required. The purchase order will form the contract for the supply of goods. All bespoke orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Returns Policy

If your order relates to bespoke or custom kit, confirmed orders may not be cancelled and we do not normally process returns or exchanges. Confirmed orders are defined as confirmed once the custom kit window has closed, or the purchase order received. For all iTeams orders, this date is communicated to you in your kit window, prior to the order being placed. If you wish to cancel or amend an order prior to the order window closing please contact us and we can administer your amendments.


The lead time on custom clothing is around 6 weeks from confirmed order. All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen or unavoidable variables delaying production. If you have a deadline for a custom order, speak to us and we will try our best to achieve it for you.

Conformity of Goods & Warranties

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product. While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

For custom kit, all kit approvals should be checked by your designated person with care, we cannot accept any responsibility for errors in colour or printing approved by the customer.

Our products are manufactured using technical fabrics and are covered by manufacturers warranties (see Warranties section on the website). You must inform us immediately if a fault arises. Product care instructions are available on our website. Manufactures warranties do not cover faults which have occurred due to incorrect garment care.


Five57 accepts most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express. All prices displayed are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

We may suspend the supply of products if you do not pay us for the products when you are supposed to . We will contact you to tell you we are suspending supply. All products must be paid in full before being dispatched.

If you do not make payment to us by the due date we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England lending rate. Interest will accrue on a daily basis.

Offers & Discounts

We sometimes use offer or discount codes. These will be issued for specific offers which will be time and/or product limited. The details of the offer will be outlined alongside the code and can only be used in accordance with the offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

What if we get something wrong

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, we may make an error in pricing or invoicing your products, or sending you an incorrect delivery. Please contact us promptly to let us know. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The policy outlines in full the information we collect from you, where we store the information and how we use it. Your Details

To place an order with us online, registration is required. At the point of registration, we request certain information including your name, delivery and email address and payment card details. This information is required to enable us to process your order and notify you of its progress.

Information we use, how & why

Once an order has been placed, we will contact you by email to confirm your order details. Should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will use the email address registered to your account, or the telephone number where provided.

With the exception of feedback requests or assistance with delivery, we will never pass your e-mail address to any other organisation. For the sole purpose of aiding a delivery, your contact details may be shared with the chosen carrier.

Social Media

We love to hear from you and to see our kit in action, however, when using our social media tags, keep in mind that this information is shared publicly. Users searching for relevant hashtags will be able to see your post and your profile. Therefore, don't give out any information you wouldn't be comfortable with a stranger knowing - this includes your address, phone number, date of birth, email address, bank and credit card details, and place of work.

Our social media team may like to repost your shared pictures, if this is the case we will always ask your permission first.

We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material.

Five57 does not seek to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, directors or agents; fraud or misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the product, including the right to receive products which are as described or examined by you; of satisfactory quality or fit for any purpose made known to us.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our none compliance but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

While Five57 uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on its website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Five57 will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

While we endeavour to ensure the website is available 24 hours per day, we will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

The entire liability of Five57 under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.

Five57 will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.


All rights, including copyright, in the content of the Five57 web pages are owned or controlled by Five57 Ltd. In accessing our web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to use the content of the web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Five57 Ltd.


These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your nonexcludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
