Product Returns & Replacements

Retail stock items

If you change your mind about your items, or you have ordered the wrong size, tell us within 28 days of delivery. We will process a return or exchange provided they are sent to us in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging which is also in good condition (please don’t stick postage labels to our packaging). We will refund to your original payment method.

  • Please call or email to alert us before posting and to request a returns form.

  • Always include a note in your parcel telling us why you have returned the item and including your contact details.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the return or to reduce the refunded amount by up to 100% if the product is returned in less than perfect condition - so don’t handle them more than you would if you were inspecting in a shop for example.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please provide proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. We are happy to work with you to avoid postage costs if possible by returning the items via other routes (say at an event or via mutual acquaintances) NB These methods would be at your risk.

  • For faulty items, we will inspect upon receipt and decide how best to proceed (replace, repair or refund).

  • We will reimburse you for return postage of defective / damaged items or if we sent you the wrong thing.

Bespoke and custom items

  • Confirmed orders may not be cancelled for made-to-order items and we do not process returns or exchanges for obvious reasons.

  • Should your items be factory damaged or faulty you need to tell us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.
