We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.five57sportsgear.com (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, purchasing goods, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services, and may include your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and any other information required to create an account. We may also ask you for additional information when you report a problem with our site.
• If you contact us, either by email or by post, we may keep a record of that correspondence, including any personal data included in that correspondence.  This information will be used for business use only.

• It is possible to make purchases from our website without an account, and in this scenario,  you would be a “guest”. We will collect personal data from you, such as your name, address (billing and delivery), telephone number and payment details in order to fulfil your order.

• We record your credit card details for the purposes of any transaction that you enter into with us. Once that transaction is completed we do not retain the details.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and the provision of support services.
